Mark Sandy

Sandy served as Deputy Associate Director for National Security at the Office of Management and Budget from December 2013 until January 2025 under both Republican and Democratic presidents. In 2018 he was awarded the Presidential rank of Distinguished Executive in the Senior Executive Service.
